Direct Cremation

This involves completion of all required paperwork and the transportation of the deceased from the place of the death to the crematory. Direct cremation does not include any type of ceremony.

A Memorial Service or Celebration of Life after Cremation

This cremation packages includes all the aspects of a direct cremation plus the choice of a memorial service or a celebration of life. Usually, the memorial service or celebration of life takes place weeks or even months after the death which allows families much more time to think about how they want the ceremony formatted. Many families choose to have the urn on display at the ceremony.

Cremation with a Traditional Funeral Service

This package is very similar to the traditional funeral service we offer with burial. It consists of a wake/visitation where the casket can be opened or closed, followed by a traditional funeral that often takes place at a church. A specially-selected cremation casket is used during the wake. Once the funeral service has concluded, the deceased is transported to a crematory as opposed to a gravesite. After the cremation, the remains are then returned to the family.

Ash Scattering Service

You have many options once you receive your loved one’s ashes. A popular choice is to have an ash scattering service. We can help you organize this ceremony. Location is one of the most important factors. We will work with you to find a location that was special to your loved one and that also legally allows for ash scattering.
